Fantasy Fest Thursday - Toga Night

Before the parties

 Things are pretty quiet before the evening parties start, for some strange reason.  The police are at their most visible then.  After dark people start crowding into the various venues.

Thursday is Toga Night at Sloppy Joe's, but you see all types of costumes and paint on the streets.

You even see some "Togas"

I thought this was very creative/interesting however, even though it had nothing to do with Togas.  One guess how that tail is held "on".
