Heading for the "Conch Republic", AKA Key West, Florida USA. They once attempted to secede due to the Border Patrol or Immigration Service (not sure which, pre Department of Homeland InSecurity) setting up a checkpoint on the only road out of the Keys demanding proof of citizenship to get to the mainland. The courts spanked them (Border Patrol, not Key West) for that then but they could probably do it with impunity under the Robert's court.
Fantasy Fest is already underway (google it) but will continue until Saturday 10/30. Body painting is the main artistic endeavor while getting drunk is the most popular activity in general.
